The niD
This creation is the result of a collaboration with the Crèche Kangourou in Paris, as part of the design of their 30th nativity scene.
Studio Sol Leccia has designed and installed a series of nests in a variety of shapes, sizes, and uses: as holders for stuffed animals, mobiles, and sculptural playhouses.
Each room creates a poetic landscape on a child’s scale, where objects serve as landmarks, refuges, and play elements.
The sculptures combine a curved wooden element with wings made of felted wool, blending the precision of the structure with the softness of the materials.
Together, they create a world suspended between architecture, art, and the imagination.
